Guangzhou Rongjie Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "RJETech"), established on June 29, 2022, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Youngy Investment Holding Group. It is located in the Nansha District of Guangzhou, the geographical center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.


With a total investment of 20 billion yuan, covering an area of 26 hectares and a construction area of 530,000 square meters, Rongjie Energy has a projected annual production capacity of 35GWh.

In March 2020, Rongjie Group signed an investment agreement with the Kangding Municipal Government to develop the Kangding Green Lithium Industry. The aim of this project is to establish China's largest domestic lithium spodumene ore beneficiation project in terms of production capacity.

Rongjie Group has entered into an investment agreement with Nansha District, Guangzhou, for the construction of a lithium-ion battery manufacturing base and research center. Thus, Guangzhou Rongjie Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has been registered and established.
