On October 20th, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Investment Promotion and Cooperation Project Signing Ceremony was held in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. During the promotion event, Rongjie Group officially signed an investment cooperation agreement with the Wuhai Municipal Government of Inner Mongolia. Rongjie Group will invest 4.5 billion yuan to establish a lithium battery manufacturing and lithium battery material production base in Wuhai.

Sun Shaocheng, Secretary of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress, Wang Lixia, Deputy Secretary of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Autonomous Region, Lv Xiangyang, Chairman of Rongjie Group, along with other officials attended the ceremony as witnesses to the signing.

Wuhai, located in the western part of Inner Mongolia, is an emerging industrial center with abundant mineral and natural resources. It has a strong industrial foundation and advantageous location, making it highly promising for the development of the new energy industry. Currently, Wuhai is capitalizing on national strategies to develop strategic emerging industries. With its existing industrial base and energy consumption capacity, Wuhai is committed to establishing a new energy and new materials industrial base that aligns perfectly with Rongjie Group's development strategy.

The Rongjie Wuhai New Energy Base project is located in the Haibowan District of Wuhai, covering an area of 595,500 square meters. Upon completion, it will comprise a lithium-ion battery cell production line with an annual capacity of 10 GWh, a corresponding PACK production line, and a lithium-ion battery negative electrode material production line capable of producing 100,000 tons.
