The signing ceremony for the Guangzhou Rongjie Energy Photovoltaic Charging Low-Carbon Demonstration Project was successfully held on October 20, 2023 at the Nansha District Power Supply Bureau. Attendees included Secretary Chen Zexiong and his delegation from the Nansha District Power Supply Bureau, Chairman Wang Kunfu and his delegation from Guangzhou Smart Power and Urban Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., as well as Mr. Zhu Kunqing, General Manager of Guangzhou Rongjie Energy, along with representatives from the Sales Department, Product Planning Department, and Engineering Department.

The Nansha District Power Supply Bureau initiated and facilitated the project, reaching a trilateral cooperation agreement through a government-enterprise platform. The project aims to meet the stable energy demand for normal production processes at Guangzhou Rongjie Energy and establish a production park with clean, low-carbon, green, and efficient features.

During the discussion session, Mr. Yuan Chao, Manager of Guangzhou Smart Power and Urban Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., presented the project design scheme, providing detailed explanations and descriptions of the overall project planning, design, and execution. Following that, Mr. Zhu Kunqing, General Manager of Guangzhou Rongjie Energy, expressed interest in cooperation and anticipated continuous provision of stable clean energy from the project to assist in creating a green and efficient park. Wang Kunfu, Chairman of Guangzhou Smart Power and Urban Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. expressed expectations and confidence in the project's ability to deliver stable and reliable clean energy to Guangzhou Rongjie Energy while contributing to the development of a green park.

Chen Zexiong, Secretary of the Nansha District Power Supply Bureau expressed a commitment to enhance government-enterprise cooperation, actively implement green and low-carbon development strategies, and facilitate "peak carbon emissions" and "carbon neutrality". This will help enterprises within the jurisdiction create clean and green industrial parks.

Representatives from the three parties completed the on-site signing during the ceremony, with leaders as witnesses.  The formal establishment of this initial collaboration signifies that Guangzhou Rongjie Energy will receive continuous and stable assurance of clean energy in the future.
